By reading our Terms and Conditions you agree to and are bound by the terms applicable to the buying of items from the Tarragon Gifts site.

Registration as a member allows you access to the Tarragon Gifts site for the purpose of purchasing items.

Tarragon Gifts try to ensure availability of all items. However, in the eventuality an ordered item is out of stock, the customer may have the choice of re-ordering another item or their money back as Tarragon Gifts cannot guarantee items will necessarily be in stock at the time of purchase.

Tarragon Gifts try to ensure all prices are correctly displayed. If there is an error, you will only pay the price shown at the time of purchase. However, Tarragon Gifts reserve the right to alter prices for the items shown on their website for whatever reason. Mainly this will be due to taxation and suppliers pricing changes.

Please note that Tarragon Gifts may alter our Terms and Conditions from time to time which will govern the site status at that time. We would endeavour to upload any changes as soon as possible. We would advise regular customers to check the website on a regular basis. Tarragon Gifts reserves the right to refuse any order placed with them.

Items are purchased from a 3rd party through Tarragon Gifts and remain their property until satisfactory payment has been received for the purchased item.

DELIVERY

Tarragon Gifts will endeavour to dispatch your items as quickly as possible. However, delivery may be between 2 – 7 working days. Orders cancelled after dispatch, even if not yet delivered, will be treated as returns and charges may apply which will be communicated to you.

 

RETURNS

In the event of items being returned we have a ‘no quibble’ policy. However, all returned items must be unused, in its original condition and in good order and be returned within 28 days of purchase (or 7 days where indicated) for either a replacement or refund. No responsibility will be accepted by Tarragon Gifts or our suppliers for loss or damage in transit. Therefore it is advisable to provide suitable packing and that you also request proof of postage.

For all returns except where the product is faulty, the customer will be required to pay for the goods to be returned. Our suppliers will provide a returns label with each item.

For some items, it must be verified that the supplier will accept the return and make arrangements for the goods to be collected before any agreements are made with you, the customer. Any costs associated with this are beyond our control and will be charged back to you, the customer. Any additional charges will be made known to you prior to arrangements being made if applicable. Charges for collections may differ from different suppliers. Please contact Tarragon Gifts for details.

Typically, charges are Original P&P, plus possible returns charges. These charges vary by item/weight and which courier service is used.

It is advisable to make alternative delivery address arrangements in case items are delivered when you are out.

Although every effort is taken to provide goods of an expected quality and satisfaction, Tarragon Gifts is unable to guarantee such expectations and carries no responsibility for any goods offered by 3rd parties. You acknowledge that you have not entered into this agreement in reliance upon any statement, warranty or representation made by Tarragon Gifts and you irrevocably and unconditionally waive any rights to claim damages by reason of any misrepresentation (other than a fraudulent misrepresentation) that is not contained in the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Order Form and payment method instructions.

Payment may be made using a debit or credit card through PayPal. All prices are in GB pounds sterling plus applicable taxes.


LAW AND JURISDICTION

Contracts for the purchase of goods through the Tarragon Gifts website are governed by English Law. Any disputes arising from such contract will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts on England & Wales.
